Founder|Cross-Border Strategist|Deal Structurer
“Made in Morocco. Assembled in Kenya. Refined in Libya. Tested in Germany.” From an early age, Amir Hamza Shah knew one thing with certainty: he was not meant to operate within systems — he was meant to build them. Born into a diplomatic family background and raised across Morocco, Kenya, and Libya before being professionally shaped in Germany, Amir developed a rare multicultural fluency. Exposure to different political systems, economic environments, and business cultures gave him an instinctive understanding of how power structures, governments, and markets operate. He studied Political Science and Journalism in Pakistan, followed by European Studies in Germany — building a foundation in geopolitics, governance, and international relations. Before stepping into full entrepreneurship, Amir spent over five years at Microsoft in Germany, gaining corporate discipline and international operational experience. He also worked with the Embassy of Pakistan in Germany, strengthening his exposure to diplomatic frameworks and governmental structures. But corporate stability was never the end goal. Entrepreneurship was always the plan.
The Entrepreneurial Leap
Amir transitioned into freelance consulting, working across Africa, Pakistan, and Germany — structuring deals, closing cross-border transactions, and connecting strategic partners.
His ability to negotiate and close deals quickly became his defining strength.
He later began advising a prominent Saudi family, where his role evolved significantly. He successfully sourced and structured the franchise acquisition of five European brands from Germany and Turkey into Saudi Arabia. This opened the door to deeper strategic advisory work — including government-related structuring and African market expansion initiatives.
Since 2014, he has remained closely involved in high-level advisory, focusing on:
• Franchise structuring
• Cross-border investments
• Government project facilitation
• Strategic partnerships
• Market entry advisory
Core Strength
Amir is known for one thing: He closes. When he enters a project, he does not abandon it halfway. He negotiates, restructures, adapts, and pushes until the deal is finalized. His strengths include: • Government-level negotiations • Public-private project structuring • International trade facilitation • Franchise acquisition strategy • Cross-continental relationship building He combines diplomatic awareness, corporate structure, and entrepreneurial risk tolerance — a rare combination.
